ANSWER

To manually sync your data into humanOS...

1. Open the Activity Tracker by clicking on the heart found at the Top right of humanOS. (Screenshot Below)
2. Click on the Sync Devices Button. (Screenshot Below) You should now have your latest data on humanOS
